Could your gut hold clues to preventing miscarriage?

NCT ID NCT07246486

Summary

This study aimed to understand if the types of bacteria living in a woman's gut are connected to having multiple miscarriages. Researchers compared stool and blood samples from 60 women: 40 who had experienced recurrent miscarriages and 20 who had complication-free pregnancies. The goal was to gather knowledge, not to test a treatment, to see if gut health might be a factor in pregnancy loss.
