Summary

This study looks at how gut bacteria and substances in the blood affect blood sugar ups and downs in people with diabetic kidney disease. Researchers will follow 270 adults to see if these factors can predict kidney disease getting worse. The goal is to find new ways to identify high-risk patients early and improve their care.
