Summary

This study is checking how well the medication guselkumab works for people with active psoriatic arthritis in everyday medical practice. It will follow 200 participants for up to a year, using special ultrasound imaging to measure inflammation in their joints and tendons. The main goal is to see if the drug reduces joint swelling and pain, and helps patients achieve low disease activity.
