Needle and gel combo aims to beef up thin gums

Summary
This study tests a new way to thicken thin gums using microneedling (tiny needles) with or without a hyaluronic acid gel injection. Twenty adults with thin gums will receive both treatments on different parts of their mouth to see which works better. The goal is to measure gum thickness and comfort over 6 months.
