Needles and gel: a new approach to build up thin gums?

Summary
This study is testing whether a procedure using tiny needles (microneedling) combined with a gel-like injection (hyaluronic acid) can safely thicken thin gums. It will compare this combined treatment to microneedling alone in 20 adults with thin gums. The main goal is to see if the gums get thicker and stay that way for 6 months, while also checking patient comfort.
