Summary
This study is testing whether a special laser treatment and a gel can help people heal faster and with less pain after gum reduction surgery. It will compare three groups: one gets both the laser and gel, one gets just the laser, and one gets standard care. The researchers will measure pain, healing speed, and quality of life for three months after the procedure.
