Summary

This study tested whether applying platelet-rich fibrin (from the patient's own blood) or hyaluronic acid gel helps gums heal better after surgery for overgrown gums. Sixty healthy adults received one of three treatments or standard care after gum surgery. Researchers measured pain, wound healing, and gum health over 28 days to see which approach worked best.
