Gum surgery recovery: can ozone gel or a special laser speed healing and reduce pain?
NCT ID NCT07234994
Summary
This study aims to find the best way to help gums heal after a common surgical procedure to remove excess gum tissue. Researchers will compare applying an ozone-based gel to using a special low-level laser therapy, against letting the area heal on its own. They will measure how quickly the wound heals and how much pain patients feel over 28 days.
