This study tests a new surgical technique (M-VISTA) using a special blood-derived material (Alb-PRF) against the standard method using a graft from the roof of the mouth (CTG) to treat receding gums. About 26 adults with multiple gum recessions will be treated and followed to see which method covers more exposed root. The goal is to improve gum health and appearance without needing lifelong medication.
