Dental trial tests new gum repair technique
NCT ID NCT07453147
Summary
This study is comparing two slightly different surgical techniques for treating receding gums that affect multiple teeth. It involves taking a small piece of tissue from the roof of the mouth and grafting it to cover the exposed tooth roots. Researchers will follow 32 patients for a year to see which method works better for improving gum health, appearance, and reducing sensitivity.
