NCT ID NCT07529340
First seen May 01, 2026 · Last updated May 12, 2026 · Updated 3 times
Summary
This study looks at whether adding hyaluronic acid (a natural substance that helps healing) to standard gum surgery can better cover exposed tooth roots in people with gum recession. About 34 adults will be randomly assigned to get surgery with or without the gel. The main goal is to see if more roots are fully covered after 12 months, and the study also tracks pain, healing, and appearance.
