Summary
This study tests if a hydrogel wound dressing placed on the gums after a deep cleaning helps them heal better than no treatment. It involves 72 adults aged 30-75 with advanced gum disease (stage 3 periodontitis). The main goal is to see if the gel reduces bleeding and improves gum health over 60 days.
