New gum graft study aims to cover exposed tooth roots

Summary
This study tests two ways of doing a gum graft to treat receding gums on multiple teeth. The goal is to cover exposed roots and improve gum health and appearance. 32 adults with good overall health and no smoking will be treated and followed for 12 months. The procedure uses tissue from the roof of the mouth to rebuild the gumline.
