Summary

This study compares two surgical methods to increase the amount of firm, healthy gum tissue around dental implants in 48 adults. One method uses a strip of the patient's own tissue plus a special matrix, the other uses a free gum graft. The goal is to see which approach leads to better healing and blood flow.
