Gum graft makeover: which technique wins for looks?

Summary

This study tests a new gum graft method (non-submerged de-epithelialized free gingival graft) against the standard technique in 30 adults with thin gum tissue. The goal is to see which approach gives better color, texture, and overall appearance after healing. Participants will be followed for 6 months to compare results.
