Chewing gum vs. herbal tea: the battle for Post-Birth comfort
NCT ID NCT07125742
Summary
This study tested whether simple, natural options like chewing gum, fennel tea, or ginger tea could help new mothers feel better after a C-section. Researchers wanted to see if these remedies could reduce uncomfortable gas and bloating and help the digestive system 'wake up' faster. They compared the three options in a group of 128 women to find out which one might improve comfort during recovery.
