Can natural gels boost gum disease treatment?

Summary
This study looks at whether adding hyaluronic acid gel or a special blood-derived material (Albumin-PRF) to standard deep-cleaning can improve gum health in people with advanced gum disease (Stage III periodontitis). 51 non-smoking adults aged 30-60 will be split into three groups: one gets standard cleaning alone, one gets cleaning plus hyaluronic acid, and one gets cleaning plus Alb-PRF. Researchers will measure gum pocket depths and inflammation markers over 3 months to see if these add-ons help control the disease better.
