Can a gel or your own blood help fight severe gum disease?

Summary
This study is testing if adding extra treatments helps control severe gum disease better than standard deep cleaning alone. 51 adults with advanced gum disease will receive either the standard cleaning, cleaning plus hyaluronic acid gel, or cleaning plus a special preparation made from their own blood (Alb-PRF). Researchers will check gum health and measure inflammation markers over 3 months to see which approach works best.
