New gels tested to rebuild jawbone without major surgery

Summary
This study is testing two different gels applied during a minimally invasive procedure to help regrow bone lost to severe gum disease. Researchers will compare a new gel combination to a standard treatment and a procedure without gel to see which works best. They will measure bone regrowth, gum health, and patient comfort over one year in 60 adults with specific bone defects.
