Summary
This study is testing a cosmetic dental procedure to reduce dark spots on gums. Researchers are comparing microneedling alone to microneedling combined with a patient's own platelet-rich plasma (PRP). They want to see which method is more effective at lightening gum pigmentation and if one causes less pain.
