Summary
This study tested two professional dental cleaning methods in 30 adults with braces and gum inflammation (gingivitis). Each participant received both a newer guided biofilm therapy and a conventional cleaning on different sides of their mouth. Researchers measured plaque removal, gum bleeding, and comfort at 2 and 8 weeks to see which method works better for people with braces.
