Summary
This study looks at whether a deep dental cleaning (subgingival instrumentation) can improve symptoms of oral lichen planus, a chronic inflammatory condition affecting the gums. Researchers will measure changes in signs and symptoms in 30 participants before and after the cleaning. The goal is to see if this simple procedure can help manage the disease.
