Summary
This study tested a traditional Chinese herbal liquid called Guilu Erxian in 360 married men aged 22 to 40 with mild to moderate low sperm count or poor sperm movement. The goal was to see if it safely improves sperm health compared to a standard drug. Participants had a specific traditional diagnosis of kidney essence deficiency.
