NCT ID NCT07202650
Summary
This study is testing if a relaxation technique called guided imagery can help reduce the physical and emotional symptoms of premenstrual syndrome (PMS) in female university students. Researchers will have 48 students with significant PMS symptoms listen to guided imagery audio recordings. The goal is to see if this mind-body practice can improve mood, reduce pain, and lessen other common PMS complaints.
