Summary

This study tests whether guided imagery—a relaxation technique using mental pictures—can reduce the physical and emotional symptoms of premenstrual syndrome (PMS) in university students. Researchers will enroll 48 women with regular cycles and significant PMS symptoms. Participants will practice guided imagery and report changes in symptom severity using a standard scale.
