Summary
This study tested a new, computer-guided dental surgery technique against the traditional method to treat teeth where a previous root canal had failed. It involved 24 participants and also compared two different materials used to seal the tooth root during the procedure. The main goal was to see which approach led to better bone healing around the tooth.
