Blood test could spare colon cancer patients from unnecessary chemo
NCT ID NCT06111105
First seen May 08, 2026 · Last updated May 08, 2026
Summary
This study looks at whether a simple blood test can find tiny bits of cancer DNA left after surgery for stage III colorectal cancer. About 590 people will give blood samples at key times to see which test works best. The goal is to help doctors give the right amount of extra treatment—no more, no less.
