Summary

This study aimed to see if the drug guanfacine could reduce hyperactivity and impulsivity in children aged 6 to 12 with Down syndrome. Only 3 children enrolled before the study was stopped early. The main goal was to measure changes in hyperactivity scores after 8 weeks of treatment.
