Summary
This early-phase study tests a combination of two drugs, guadecitabine and durvalumab, in people with advanced liver, pancreatic, bile duct, or gallbladder cancer that has spread. The main goals are to find the safest dose and see if the drugs can shrink tumors. About 55 participants will receive the treatment to check side effects and how well it works.
