This early-phase study tests two drugs—guadecitabine and atezolizumab—together in adults with myelodysplastic syndrome or chronic myelomonocytic leukemia that has come back or not responded to prior therapy. The goal is to find the safest dose and see if the combination can shrink or control the cancer. About 33 participants will take part.
