Summary
This study tests a treatment called GT307, made from a patient's own immune cells that are taken from their tumor, grown in a lab, and given back to fight the cancer. It is for adults with advanced solid tumors, specifically ovarian cancer that has returned or not responded to first treatment. The main goals are to check safety and see if the treatment can shrink tumors.
