First seen Jan 10, 2026 · Last updated Apr 30, 2026 · Updated 17 times

Summary

This study is testing a new device that uses magnets to create a new passage in the stomach or small bowel for people with blockages. About 35 adults with conditions like gastric outlet obstruction or superior mesenteric artery syndrome will take part. The goal is to see if the magnets can be placed safely and form a working connection without the need for traditional surgery.
