New eczema drug goes head-to-head with dupixent in major trial

Summary

This study compares a new medicine called GS101 to the existing drug Dupixent for people with moderate-to-severe atopic dermatitis (eczema). About 572 adults will receive either GS101 or Dupixent to see which works better at clearing skin and reducing itch. The main goal is to measure how many patients achieve at least a 75% improvement in eczema symptoms after 16 weeks.
