New cancer drug enters first human safety tests

Summary
This is an early-stage study to find a safe dose of a new drug called GS-4528 for people with advanced solid tumors. Researchers will test the drug by itself and combined with an existing immunotherapy. The main goal is to understand the side effects and determine the best dose for future testing in about 182 participants.
