Summary

This study tests whether having local health workers measure children's growth every month can prevent severe malnutrition in two villages in Guinea-Bissau. About 400 children aged 6 months to 5 years will take part. The goal is to see if this simple, low-cost approach is practical and helps keep kids healthy.
