Summary

This study tested an oral medication called LUM-201 in children with growth hormone deficiency who had already completed a year of daily growth hormone injections. The goal was to see if taking LUM-201 daily for another 12 months would help the children continue to grow taller safely. Researchers measured growth rate, safety, and hormone levels in 18 children across multiple countries.
