Summary
This study is testing a group therapy program called the Feeling Safe Programme for people with schizophrenia or schizoaffective disorder. The program uses cognitive behavioral therapy techniques to help reduce distressing paranoid thoughts and improve quality of life. Researchers will compare the group therapy to standard treatment in 50 participants to see if it is effective and well-received.
