Can a stronger grip make a better hockey player?
NCT ID NCT07115160
Summary
This study aims to find out if having a stronger grip helps professional hockey players perform better and get injured less. Researchers will measure the grip strength of about 40 players and see if it relates to their game scores, shots on goal, and shooting accuracy. In a second part, players will do grip-strength training to see if improving their grip leads to better on-ice performance.
