Summary
This study is testing if adding green tea extract and quercetin supplements to standard chemotherapy (docetaxel) helps men with advanced prostate cancer that has stopped responding to hormone therapy. Researchers will compare the combination to a placebo plus chemotherapy to see if it improves treatment effectiveness and is safe. The goal is to better control the cancer's growth and spread.
