Summary
This study tests whether a pure green tea mouthwash can reduce dental plaque and gum inflammation better than a placebo or essential oils mouthwashes. Healthy adults will rinse twice daily for 3 weeks without any other oral hygiene. Researchers will measure plaque buildup, gum health, and how fresh participants feel.
