Summary

This study tested whether inhaling a mist containing EGCG, a compound from green tea, could help treat COVID-19 pneumonia in people who also have cancer. It involved 111 participants who were randomly assigned to receive either the EGCG treatment or a placebo. Researchers looked at whether the treatment improved lung scans and reduced COVID-19 symptoms.
