Can 'Green Mom' classes create better bonding through breastfeeding?
NCT ID NCT06781190
Summary
This study tested whether teaching new mothers about sustainable, eco-friendly practices could improve breastfeeding success and strengthen the bond with their babies. Researchers worked with 100 first-time mothers, giving half of them special 'Green Mom' education sessions while the other half received standard hospital care. The goal was to see if this approach made a difference in breastfeeding confidence, mental well-being, and the mother-child connection.
