Summary

This study compares two hands-on treatments—Graston Technique and tissue flossing—for people with knee stiffness after surgery. 48 adults aged 20 to 40 who had a broken leg bone fixed with metal implants will be randomly assigned to one of three groups. The goal is to see which method better reduces pain, improves knee movement, and helps daily function.
