Summary

This study looked at whether adding foot insoles to a manual therapy called Graston technique helps reduce pain and improve movement in people with plantar fasciitis, a common cause of heel pain. Forty adults with heel pain for at least six weeks took part. Researchers measured pain, ankle motion, and daily function to see which approach worked better.
