New 'Super' fillings aim to save Teens' weak teeth
NCT ID NCT07329244
Summary
This study is testing a new type of strong, lab-made dental filling reinforced with graphene for teenagers with weak, sensitive back teeth caused by a condition called Molar-Incisor Hypomineralization (MIH). It will involve 30 adolescents aged 10-16 who will receive these special fillings. Researchers will check how well the fillings hold up, if they reduce sensitivity, and how satisfied patients are over a 12-month period.
