Summary
This study will test whether natural substances like grape seed extract and glycyrrhizin (from licorice root) can help revive dead, immature permanent teeth in children aged 7-13. The goal is to see if these natural options work as well as or better than standard antibiotic paste for restoring blood flow and tooth health. The study will measure infection levels and tooth healing over 12 months.
