Can a grape seed pill help tame rising blood pressure?

Summary
This study aims to see if taking a grape seed extract supplement can help lower blood pressure in people with high-normal readings. It will involve 60 adults who will also follow a low-sodium Mediterranean diet. Participants will take either the grape seed extract or a placebo (a dummy pill) for 8 weeks to compare the effects.
