Summary
This study tested whether taking a grape seed extract supplement could improve blood pressure and other measures of circulation in generally healthy adults. Thirty-five participants with slightly elevated blood pressure took either the grape seed extract or a placebo pill for four weeks, then switched after a break. Researchers measured changes in blood pressure, blood flow, blood tests, and general health.
