Can a class for grandmas ease baby care anxiety?
NCT ID NCT06723184
Summary
This study tested whether a short educational program could help grandmothers feel more confident and less anxious when caring for newborn babies. Researchers enrolled 48 grandmothers and randomly assigned half to receive six hours of face-to-face training on baby care. The goal was to see if this knowledge improved their self-confidence and reduced their anxiety compared to grandmothers who did not receive the training.
