First national database launched for rare, severe skin disease
NCT ID NCT07448428
Summary
This study creates Costa Rica's first national patient registry for generalized pustular psoriasis (GPP), a rare and severe skin condition. Researchers will collect information from about 50 patients during their regular doctor visits to understand how the disease affects people locally, what treatments they receive, and how they respond over time. The goal is to gather better data to improve care and management strategies for this serious illness.
